Refund policy

Cancellations and Refunds - 

Memberships - We require a minimum 2 month commitment for memberships. In order to cancel your membership you must notify Nick’s team at least two weeks prior to your next scheduled membership payment. Your shelf must be completely cleared and wiped down by 6pm on the final day of your membership. Failure to completely clear your shelf will result in a $100 fee. 

Firing Only Membership - is offered month to month you can cancel any time. No partial months or refunds are offered.

Kids Classes and Camps - Any cancellations or changes to orders must be requested one week prior to the start day of the class to receive a refund. Any day beyond that point, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We offer 1 makeup per session (Saturdays 1-3 PM). 

Adults - To request a refund, send your order number to info@nicksceramicsstudio. If you wish to receive a refund, your request MUST be received 1 week prior to the first day of your class. At this time we can only offer a refund if there is a waitlist for the class you registered for. 

Af this time we are unable to guarantee refunds, credits, transfers or make-up classes, even due to emergency or COVID-19 related sickness. Additionally, we are unable to offer make up classes for missed session.
