6 Week Beginner Wheel throwing Monday's 6:30pm-9pm pm 7/14-8/18

In our beginner wheelthrowing classes students will learn the basics of wheelthrowing with an emphasis on forming and altering the cylinder. Students will learn the entire process of pottery making:  throwing on the wheel, trimming and polishing off work, attaching handles and decoration, and glazing. Classes meet once a week for 6 weeks. What's included: 

• Open studio practice time 

• Unlimited clay 

• Firing of four pieces then work is 6 cents per cubic inch 

• Use of all studio equipment

• Studio access for 2 weeks after the class session ends to finish all work made in the class
