Saturday Kids Intro September 11 AM - 1 PM (ages 6-9)

Each class we will warm up with drawing for 10-15 min., working with clay for 1.5 hrs, and 15 min. of collective cleaning. We will focus on handbuilding (working with slabs and coils) for the first two weeks and the wheel for the last two weeks. Each week the kids will be able to keep one piece that they make. Please note firing will take 2 weeks. We will notify families when the work is ready to be picked up. 

If your child has expressed an interest in camp or afterschool this is a great way to get them acquainted with our programming and teaching artists. 

What To Bring

•  Reusable Water bottle - We will provide fresh water from our bottle filling station. 
• Allergy equipment (epi-pen, creams, etc.)
